1. About this website

This website presents the work of CCF Academy and offers ways to support it. By using the site you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, please simply don't use the site — but do still come watch the kids dance on Instagram.

2. Organisational status (important disclosure)

CCF Academy is a young initiative. The CAN Rwanda social enterprise that will formally govern it is in the process of registration. Until that completes:

• Donations are personal gifts arranged transparently through our patron, Robert Stephenson — they are not tax-deductible and we make no charitable-status claims.
• All funds are recorded and disbursed in kind (school fees, kit, training) as described on our safeguarding page.
• Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, investment, or financial advice.

3. Images of children — strict rules

• All photographs and videos of minors on this site are published with the knowledge of the academy and (before public launch) documented parent/guardian consent.
• You may not download, screenshot, crop, edit, redistribute or re-post any image of a child from this site, on any platform, for any purpose, without written permission from our patron.
• Press and media: contact robert@climateactionsnow.org for approved assets and interview arrangements. We are glad to help — through the proper door.

4. Intellectual property

Site text, design, the CCF Academy name, the African Celtic Kilt designs, and all photography remain the property of the academy, its members and their families. The young people's performances remain their own creative work. Quoting short excerpts with credit and a link is welcome.

5. External links and embedded content

The site links to and embeds content from third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Drive). We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. See our privacy policy.

6. Accuracy

We keep the site honest and current, but stories are told as we lived them and details (dates, events, figures) may be simplified or awaiting confirmation — draft-noted where so. Nothing here is professional advice of any kind.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the academy, its patron, leadership and volunteers accept no liability for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

8. Safeguarding conduct for visitors

Any attempt to contact, identify or locate a child featured on this site — or to use its content to that end — is a violation of these terms. We will refuse such requests, preserve evidence, and report concerning behaviour to the relevant authorities. See our safeguarding commitments.
