Programs

Four doors. One pathway.

Every program is a door into the same journey: discover a young talent, train them, put them on a stage, and launch a sustainable creative career. For youth aged 13–25, emerging creatives and underserved communities — with a vision of becoming Kigali's leading creative youth academy and content-creation hub.

Discover Train Showcase Launch

From the street, to the academy, to the stage, to a sustainable career.

Performance

CCF Crew

Performance is the front door to everything we do — dance, acting, comedy and acrobatics. Led by founder & CEO Boaz Ntagozera with assistant choreographer Mugisha Bonfils, the CCF Crew recruits at street level, trains in professional choreography and precise team formations, and performs at showcases and national events.

Outcomes: discipline, confidence, teamwork, stagecraft, paid performance opportunities.

Music

Blastbeat

Music and dance competitions in schools, clubs and communities across Kigali — Robert Stephenson's multi-award-winning program, proven on four continents over two decades. Competitions discover the best young talent in Rwanda; winners earn scholarships covering school fees plus support for their creative career start-up.

Outcomes: talent discovery at scale, scholarships, school engagement, green anthems for climate awareness.

Eco-Fashion

The African Celtic Kilt

Upcycled, sustainable stagewear designed by Boaz — African prints fused with the kilt, honouring how African communities have always transformed outside influences into something powerfully their own. Practical, unisex, one-size-fits-growing-dancers, affordable to make.

Every kilt sold funds the academy. Fashion as a social enterprise the students help run — from design to production to sales.

Enterprise

Create & Earn

Student media teams learn filming, editing and social media by documenting the academy itself — then business basics from successful Rwandan artists and entrepreneurs: pricing, saving, pitching, partnership.

Outcomes: digital skills, an income from creativity, and the mindset to build sustainable social enterprises of their own.

The Green Beat Tour

🏫 Into the schools

A climate & creative arts festival touring Kigali's secondary schools: bands write green anthems, crews choreograph challenges, students design upcycled "trashion".

📱 Onto the feeds

Student media teams film everything; dance challenges go out on TikTok; the academy's channels become the broadcast home of Rwanda's young creators.

🌍 Onto the stage

Top talent showcases at national events and fashion weeks, then graduates into the academy — with scholarships, mentors and real career pathways.

A program is only as strong as its supporters.

Fund a scholarship. Kit out a crew. Mentor a young entrepreneur.
